Andros (Sandro Paolella) was born in Naples in 1966; he now lives and works in Rome. After his fine art studies, he opens a workshop where, beyond his art works, he realizes handmade objects and decorations (Trompe l'Oeil, murals, decorations on glass, etc.). Between 1988 and 1992 he works as graphic designer, freelance illustrator and scene painter. In 1993 he signs an agreement with the American group "Marvel Comics", and realizes, for the Italian market, the busts of some famous comics characters. In 1996 he starts a collaboration with "Blue" magazine, for which he realizes illustrations, comic strips, erotic and comic tales and writes and draws a comic series.
