David Howlett has been a professional artist for more than 25 years. He recieved a BFA degree in painting from Syracuse University in 1977. He founded "Young Masters" art studio in Encinitas, California in 1978 where he produced business image packages, television news murals and other commissioned artworks until moving to New York in 1988. He was represented in numerous one man shows, juried exhibitions and fine arts galleries throughout the nineties.
In 2004 he moved to Gaithersburg, MD. where he specializes in mural painting today.
