Eric Brubaker, born may 23 1944 in New York City, was educated thru the High School of Music and Art in N.Y.. Upon graduation Eric moved to Phoenix Arizona, attending Arizona State University, and achieving his MFA.

Mr. Brubaker taught school for 25 years, in N.Y., Arizona,Switzerland,and Pakistan. During this time he write how to books (i.e. "How to Build Toys and Children's Furniture"), and operated a commercial photography business.

The photography has been displayed in the N.Y. Museum of Modern Art, numerous magazines, and newspapers.

A large boyant sculpture of an alligator is included in the Smithsonian Outdoor Art Registry.

Today Mr. Brubaker lives with his artist wife on a lake in Florida. At this time because of health problems, his work is confined to small sculpture, watercolors, and Gourd Art.
