Kim Phillips grew up in Birmingham, Michigan, a mecca of the arts in
southeastern Michigan. Kim attended Michigan State University and
Lansing Community College where she majored in graphic design.
Kim is self taught in computer graphics and has enjoyed a busy career
designing catalogs, brochures, logos and greeting cards. She also taught
herself the fine art of woodworking and has turned her dynamic energy
to the crafting of fine furniture and other functional art.
Kim also enjoys exploring many different mediums and has an extensive
portfolio showcasing her multimedia talents.
Her latest endeavor was designing her own web site featuring her art work
and she has plans to publish a book containing her artwork and original
