| I started an interest in photography from an early age. I have always owned a camera of some decription, by now I must of tried all the formats under the sun. I like photography, but do it as a hobby rather than a business. In 2000 I gained an OCN qualification in photography. For this we used 35mm SLR cameras (I had a Canon EOS500n) and developed in black and white. This year 2001, I decided I needed a change, so I went out and purchased my Fuji Finepix 4900z digital camera. I have found this camera to be excellent, especially as like my Canon, it can be fully manual or fully automatic and has nearly all the features my Canon had. I love to do Landscape photography, especially in Derbyshire, you can't beat the british countryside (when its not raining!). I have adapted my personal website to contain a section dedicated to my digital work. I have also just recently set up a webring called "The Digital Image". |
