Born in 1956 and having lived most of his life on the beaches of southern
California. Stephano decided to start his art career as a commercial artist. In 1995 he moved to Little Rock and work for CNN as a courtroom sketch artist, working on the infamous Whitewater trial. After the trial, Stephano decided to stay and work as a full time artist keeping Little Rock as his base of operations. Stephano has always been a fan of Warhol, and many contemporary artist of the last century. Several years ago Stephano retired his paint brushes because of life threatening illness, today he is now in recovery and is painting full time. Stephano has participated in many shows throughout his career and is a big supporter of The American Heart Association, last year he was chosen as the signature artist for the 2004 Heart Ball. The last 7 years he has donated works to Youth Homes of Arkansas, Humane Society, the V.A., Aids organizations and many other non-profits.
