At one time or another, I have worked as longshoreman, bank teller, ship's cook, airline agent, sailor, photographer, graphics designer, yacht refinisher, and stone crab fisherman. My homes have been as various as my activities---Montreal, Toronto, London, Nassau, Bermuda, Florida Keys, Annapolis, and now the Eastern shore of Maryland.

As the son and grandson of well-known Canadian artists, I avoided art for years (as the young will do). When I finally took up my brushes over 40 years ago, all varieties of paint media attracted me ---- oils, watercolors, magic markers, pastels.

I've enjoyed associations with the Juniper Island Art Association, the Broward Art Guild, Marathon Art Guild, Allied Artists of America, Goldcoast Watercolor Society, and Maryland Hall for the Performing Arts. I was privileged to study with Bob Gross (Fla) and Charlie Reid (Conn). Most of the prints are featured at the Historic Annapolis Foundation Museum store.

My work includes collections of the historic buildings of Annapolis, Maryland lighthouses, seascapes, landscapes, yacht racing, portraits, and various whimsical subjects.
