I am a self-taught Canadian artist and have been painting since childhood and I have been a full time artist for fifteen years. I operated a sanctuary for injured and orphaned wildlife and at the same time a gallery for my art in Northern Ontario, Canada for ten years. My art was chosen by Robert Bateman to go on a U.S. tour of wildlife artists and also hangs in the University of Bejing, China as a gift to China from Canada. I have helped raise over thirteen million dollars for charity using my work. I have my art on sites in England and Italy and in collections and homes around the world. I now live and paint on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.
My originals are acrylic on masonite and are primarily of wildlife but I also like to paint aircraft. I like to spend a lot of time doing detail and believe that detail is what makes good art. The images on my new website are of reproductions currently available and are updated as new editions are done.
