Sarah LarsenBiography: Sarah was born in Nairobi, Kenya and was educated there and in the UK. She travelled extensivly before arriving in Australia in 1975. She is married with three adult children and lives with her husband Greg on their farming property in Central Queensland. A Multi Media Artist Sarah works and teaches form her home and exhibits throughout Australia. She predominatly works on paper and canvas . Her style ranges from contemporary to traditional and her works reflect the essence of her subject matter not simply producing a mirror image. Amazing diversity and breathtaking colour combination are the hall marks of this talented artist. Sarh believes in living her life to the full and her paintings reflect this. Sarah has won two schoolarships and many prizes and awards. She has held numerous mixed and solo exhibitions and her works are sold both locally and internationally. She tutors both privatly and with the Queensland Arts Council .Sarah has been invited to exhibit with The Biennale Internazionale Dell 'Arte Contemporanea in Florence , Italy in December 2003.
