| Christy Corso | | Biography: The most resent collection consists of innovative contemporary electrical lighting concepts.
Illuminating Energy - Collection 2.0
2.0 - The concepts consist of a solid white maple that is dovetail joined to create a geometric housing for a new innovation in "el" electric lighting. The series of "boxes" within each piece creates sizes from 14" to 14 feet.
The fundamental studies of this collection hold a conservative, nonobjective integrity. However, as the works progress they began to take on personality and representation of character.
This playful integration of science and art represents much of the youthfulness of American culture and the refining technological revolution that surrounds it.
