 | Biography: My name is Joe R. Luciano, a retired Computer Systems Engineer. I have been doing photography for over 40 years. Initially I worked with 35mm color film, but in the past 10 years, I have completely converted to digital photography.
Over 12 years ago my family and I relocated from Central New York (near Syracuse) to Colorado Springs, Colorado. We have always been enchanted by the mountains and the picturesque Southwest.
