Antony Dufort
| Biography: Born 1948 Belfast N.Ireland. Masters Degree in Fine Art(1976) at Chelsea School of Art London. He is a Public Sculptor working principally in Bronze and stone.
May 2002: 3 metre bronze 'Bowler' for the Marylebone Cricket Club at Lord's Cricket Ground London NW8. The bowler is pitched forward on one foot, the trailing leg raised high, in the first stage of the 'follow through' position (see photo).
August 2000: Miner's Tribute Sculpture for Cinderford in the Forest of Dean Gloucestershire. A bronze of a miner stripped to the waist , kneeling on a pile of coal, with helmet and carbide lamp, and mattock in hand in the act of getting coal.
1997 Mother and Child bronze for the London Oratory school. Depicts a oung mother feeding her baby. Work in an intensely realistic style, Also a fine draughtsman and portraitist. He has exhibited in Europe, England, America, Canada and Japan.
