Fern Whitaker
| Biography: Fern Whitaker is a realistic artist, her major interest is portraiture.
She prefers Acrylic paint for most of her projects. Her art training is from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. During the 1960's she was known as "artist in a smokehouse" due to her residence in southern Missouri and using an old smokehouse as her studio. She presently is very involved with historical preservation and does a lot of portraits of
