| Biography: Karen Bates graduated with honors (Cum Laude) from Maryland Institute, College of Art holding a multiple major of Fine Art and Illustration. With over 10 years and current experience as a fashion screen print art designer in the New York Garment center she also has many published lines of greeting cards, gift bags, wrapping paper, gift items, art prints etc. She does art and illustration for many projects : magazine & brochure covers, spot illustrations, book illustrations, and more.
