Karen Parker
| Biography: Karen Parker was born and raised in the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
She received her BFA from UNC- Greensboro and her MFA from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
Her work relies on classical masters for a foundation in realistic draftsmanship, accurate use of color and exquisite composition, yet each piece deftly incorporates modern themes and subjects.
Karen’s award-winning paintings are found in public and private collections in U.S. and worldwide.
