Lindsay Saddler
| Biography: I completed a Fine Art in Context BA hons degree at UWE Bristol England in 2000. My work deals with issues relating to women and tries to redress the imbalance of the sexes. My work sometimes appears to be lighthearted and frivolous on the surface,however,it does have a serious message to convey. I work with familiar domestic materials and objects such as utensils, knitting, human hair and leather.I have recently work of mine accepted by Hayvend.com they are based in London and have vending machines from which they sell art in many art galleries in the UK.I am also working on several comissions.contact me at lin_sads@yahoo.co.uk
my recent work mannikin has been exhibited in Totnes, Birdwood gallery, Devon England and Exeter city Phoenix gallery, England. The mannikin was found by a friend of mine and it has been modified for the Loss/ gloss exhibition. Galleries: Hans Price Gallery, Weston-S-Mare, England
