EDUCATION

1997 - Carmarthen College of Art and Design – Foundation Course
My artwork comes through my interest in reality and perceptions of reality, I am interested in the ironic and using materials (of which some are found), objects and processes in which to explore these ideas, this thinking brings in to the thinking of something and nothing and everything. I describe my work somewhere between object, process and making. Humour also plays a part of the processes of thinking within the methodologies of the artwork and I feel like I am turning the world inside out to reposition the world in real way and still with the theory keeping the entertainment and questioning this crazy world in which we live. I would state that that the work also questions the whole notion of what we look for in art and also the space of the art gallery.
