Samantha Peterson
| Biography: Most of my artistic training comes from attending various workshops.
The mediums which I prefer to use in fine art pieces are pastel and
pencil crayon. However, I do enjoy creating pointillist works in pen
and ink or acrylics. I enjoy creating work that is feminine, dreamy,
figurative and spiritual. Color is extremely important in my work. I
try to use color schemes using bright and strong colors.
In past I have belonged to the Manotick and Stittsville Art
Associations. I have been in a few exhibits in Rideau Township hall,
The Manotick Tea Room, the Manotick Art Show, and the Avalon Art
Gallery in Merrickville. My silkscreen cards were displayed in
Gallery 215 in Toronto and the Fulford Gallery in Ottawa and I have
done magazine work for "Storyteller Magazine".
One of my passions has been greeting card design and children's
illustration. Since 2011, I have focused my artistic ability on
designing tarot and divination cards.
Other than this I have had various odd jobs designing business cards,
websites, banners, brochures, flyers, consignment portraits, and even
store signs. Country: Canada Birthyear: April 23, 1969 Galleries: Avalon Arts Gallery
